I’ve started spotting 2 days before my af is due, it’s not heavy yet and definitely not enough to use a tampon yet..

I put in a tampon and it was pink blood on the tip of the tampon then I changed it and it was brown, should I stop using tampons? And what do you think? Could this be spotting?

Also it’s highly unusual for me to start bleeding early, I’m always late, or just on time, I have pcos so I put it down to that, but could this be implantation bleeding? What should I look out for?

Also I’ve had really sore boobs and itchy nipples, along with feeling run down and fatigued, also I can’t keep food down and I’ve been being sick and feeling nauseous. Maybe just pms?
