I’m worried

Hi everyone, I’m 6wks 1day according to glow and I’ve been having cramps mostly around 5am but today was severe that I almost thought of going to the ER but it only lasted for like 5min and No spotting .This is my first pregnancy And pls, has it happened to anyone? I’m really scared
