Y’all ever been nervous to go to the gyno?

I’m not sure why but every time I go to the gyno it feels like the first time and I get a nervous pit in my stomach.
Like please don’t violate me again 😫

I think that's totally reasonable. I will only have female gynos, but I still hate it. I had to have a man do it once and it really upset me. At least it's quick though.

I went my first time this year and I could not relax. I already have a hard time getting the hole open and she rammed that thing in and ripped me open. I was laying there crying. Then I was bleeding after and she said it was fine. I’m just gonna try to avoid seeing a gyno because I can’t take it.
