urgent advice 11 dpo

i did my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> on the 7th of May, a few minutes ago i noticed blood on my underwear, i am extremely worried as my period isn't due so soon. Period normally begins later in the month. I have messaged my doctor but it's a bit late. Should I be worried?
