Getting Pregnant is so HARD!

Im so depressed. I don't know what to do anymore. I've had 3 miscarriages, seen a fertility doctor who corrected my uterus with surgery, I had a bicornuate uterus, my husband and I have gone through an IUI, insurance doesnt cover anything we are paying out of pocket for everything. Doctor next recommends IVF. This is not in our budget, or what i want to do. We had did all tests recommend and everything came back normal. Since surgery we haven't gotten pregnant. My husband's sperm count is high and I ovulate every month. Every month that passes and she visits on that certain day it just gets me depressed. Doc says nothing is wrong with us we just are not getting pregnant. I'm 33years old, still young but time goes by fast. I've gone to lady who messages ur body to relax muscles to help with pregnancy. I'm looking into also acupuncture. Anything but IVF!
