My boyfriend and I tried having a kid for almost a year, but when I heard that sometimes it’s easier after you get off of birth control to conceive I figured I would try it. I’m currently taking the pill now (it’s called Chateal, if that matters), and I’ve been on it since February I believe.

My question is, it is true it’s easier to get pregnant after getting off of birth control? Is there a certain kind I should be on? And how long should I take it before I stop and try again?
