UTI symptoms but no UTI?? Help!

So lately I have been feeling like I still have to pee a little after I go to the restroom. No burning or anything, just the urge to pee again. I also have twinges in my lower stomach. I went to the DR to get antibiotics for the UTI but it came back negative. They gave me antibiotics anyway but said it wasn’t a bladder infection or UTI. I also had pain where my ovaries would be. I got ultrasounds done on almost every organ and of my uterus and cervix. Still nothing. They said I don’t have PCOS, I don’t have blockage. Everything looks great..The Drs office checked for pregnancy by doing a urine sample (negative) on the 11th, which was cycle day 35. I’m now on cycle day 41 and no sign of AF and still feeling twinges and urge to pee. I am at a loss for why I’m feeling this pain and urge to pee if I’m not pregnant and don’t have a UTI. (Also no std or infections, tested for that too)

Anyone else have this same issue???

*Update* I ended up getting a second opinion and I did have a cyst on my ovary which was causing that feeling.

It’s now gone luckily and all is good!
