They go over your family history. Sometimes do an ultrasound (I had one) and draw labs on you. Your doctor will explain the do and donts in pregnancy and may do a pap on you. Also answer any questions you may have 😊

My first one was almost all family history and a discussion on the important medications and foods to stay away from. I wanna say they did a pap too but it could have been my second appointment that they did that.
