My af has been off lately and this month is really off. I started spotting non stop and it's still going on the color and consistency changes. I went to the gyno and he told me if I wanted to he can give me a prescription for birthcontrol for 3 months. To see if af goes back to normal regular. I'm only scared since my SO and i have already been ttc for 1 year and 9 months. If I do the 3 month BC it will make 2 years if I do it. Then I heard about birth control messing up your fertility. He did a ultrasound and said i don't see cyst so I don't know what it is. He didn't really tell me anything about it he said he saw nothing wrong that just wait for it to come. So I don't know why I keep spotting. Should I do the birth control or not? He said it's up to me but I don't know what to do honestly.
