So upset about ultrasound

Went to my anatomy scan yesterday and it was a flop. Could barely even tell what was what and sometimes it wasn't anything at all. Their machine, dr even said it, isn't that great. And he also said I have "too many layers of fat for the sound waves to go through". I'm 5'3 and 240lbs, 20w today. Has anyone else had this issue? I just wanted to see my baby and know what he or she is. We have a gender reveal planned for July 18 and now I have to see a pregnatoligist because he has a better ultrasound machine. This was the only picture we got. At least we got to hear the heart beat. 150bpm!
