Fitness Journey!
Last summer I weighed in at 155 (I am 5'5) and I decided upon myself this January to start watching what I eat. No big diet, just no junk food all the time and no fast food, and drinking only water. Then, in March I decided to start working out and going to the gym! I weigh 134 now and I feel so wonderful. I want to be at 120-125, but I am extremely proud of the progress I've made! I cant wait to take more progress pictures in August to see how much I've changed again! ♡
