Can I Use Tampons?

I'm 15 years old and I never used tampons.(Sorry I don't speak to much english)

Go for it. They are very good for the summer with swimming and stuff. Its a little awkward the first few times you put one it but after you know your body more and understand the angles to put it in, it’ll be like it’s not even there. But it’s very important to not leave it in for over 8 hrs then you can get tss!

It took me until I was 16 to use tampons. Use them whenever you’re comfortable, no pressure, pads work just as well:)
