Anyone have tips to relieve gas pain?

In the evenings these gas bubbles just drive into my back and stomach. Any tips to get relief?

Get on your hands and knees in bed and stick your butt in the air. Make sure your butt is higher than everything else. Hang out like that for a bit and the gas should start flowing. Works for me.

You can take gasx!! Only thing that helps me--I take one after lunch and dinner and it has helped so much! Also try to pay attention to see if certain foods make it worse then cut them out 😁
