Was not expecting this..

I have been talking to this guy for about two weeks now and he asked me earlier on a date and I was trying to be playful and responded maybe 😏.. and his response left me completely speechless.. he said: I can’t plan a date around a maybe so it’s either yes or no..

What do I respond to that?
