Ovulation Pain! 😣
Currently cycle day 12, period ended last week, feelin some ovulation pain. Any tips to ease the pain? *DISCLAIMER* I'm on birth control, took heavy duty pain killer, and using a heating pad. They're working but I need more tips and tricks to ease the pain. I'm also drinking a crap ton of water!
