Do you mean talk as in puberty type of talk, or the period type of talk, or talk as in the sex talk?
Well either way both were embarrassing!😬
Okay I guess the first time I got the period "talk" was from my teacher. But it wasn't from the "all the girls sit down in 5th grade and get talked to from a nurse your teacher" No. but I did get that type of talk the year after in 5th grade. I got this "talk" in 4th grade. So all throughout Elementary school I HATED recess. I know it's weird but I did. I live in North Carolina where unless it's the fall then it's either to cold or to humid to really have fun on a gross little playground. I also had no friends almost all through Elementary school to except for 5th grade. So every day all the 4th grade teachers would take turns going outside for recess to watch the kids and make sure they don't get hurt or whatever. So it always ended up so that at least one of my 2 teachers would stay inside. So every day I would BEG my teacher to let me stay inside with her. By October they realized that there was no hope in me going outside so they stoped arguing with me. My teachers were both female that year and they both adored me. So I would stay inside and either read a book or help my teachers clean there room. So on this day both of my teachers were staying inside and they decided to both stay in one of there rooms (Ms L's room) and so that's where I was to. So Ms. T (my other teacher) was sitting down grading papers and Ms L told me that she needed help cleaning her desk so I said ok and started helping. So we clean off the top and we start doing the drawers and she's doing one and I'm doing another and I'm asking her what she wants to do with different things when at the back of the drawer I came across something I had never seen before. It was a small pencil box that had two different things in it, pads, and tampons. So innocent me pulled out the box held it up and asks "What do you want to do with this Ms L?" And Ms T starts giggling and Ms L blushes and says quickly "Just put that back in there Emma" and so as Im putting it back Im looking at the box (it was clear) and then I say "Ms L?" ...... "What are those things in there??" Then Ms T (who was a very young first year teacher) starts laughing harder and Ms L thinks for a moment and says "Ummmmmmm.......Well.....Hold that thought" then her and Ms T start talking in a whisper to each other and they say "Emma?" "Yes?" I reply "Do you want to know what is in that box right now OR do you want me to tell your mom and let her explain it to you?" And I think for a moment and I say "What are they?!" And then they sit me down and they (mostly Ms L) explains what they are along with what a period is in full detail. My face was a lot like this when they were done 😳. Lol. So yeah I continue without asking another question cleaning her desk and then started pretending like that never happened lol. 
So that's my "period talk" story I'm not going to explain the others because there not as interesting and also this comment is long enough!

My mom gave me a mini talk when I was around 9. It was only about periods and just puberty in general. Neither of my parents talked to me about sex - I learned it in sex Ed at school and then researching on my own.
