Friction during sex & stinging when I peed

My bf and I just had sex. He’s big down there and today I wasn’t really wet but I figured I’d get turned on once he stuck it in (it’ll be like that sometimes). Well today he was just going at it like a bunny. After being dropped off, I went to the restroom and it stung to pee. Almost like I had cuts down there... could this be? We used protection btw
