Okay ladies no judgement

So on April 13 I took the morning after pill, never ended up getting my period, I randomly peed on an ovulation stick and it said I was ovulating ( because plan b makes you ovulate much later) so then I took another morning after pill because he came inside my a couple times while apparently I was ovulating, now here’s my question can I still get pregnant? Will my period come at some point?

And for all you judgey’s out there I had an IUD for two years and it legitimately fell

Out and my doctor told me

I had to get a period before he would

Put the new one in., anyways.. advice? Do you think there’s a chance?
