Question

I’ve got PCOS and I’m on 1,000mg of metformin. I started at 500mg and got increase after 6 months. I don’t go back until September and I have had a cycle in 200+ days. I just feel like sometimes me doctor doesn’t try his best to help me get regular. Anyone have anything that helped them get regulated????

hi the same thing happens to me all they would give me was metformin or the pill to not get pregnant  and all I wanted was to get pregnant!!!! so right now I'm taking pregnitud and it helped  me get my period on the first month sometimes went a whole year with no period this helps loads hope it works for you if you decide to try good luck!!!

Metformin didn’t work for me. I have to take provera to kickstart all my periods.

Spirnolactone did it for me! It took about three months to get regular, but I have had fairly regular periods since January!!

My doctor put me on Metformin & Provera. It helped me have a period after 3 months of not having one, so hopefully I’ll have one again next month. And the best thing is it doesn’t prevent you from getting pregnant!!

Take Vitex, Ovastol and black seed oil. Most have seen improvement within first month. But its said that you should get your period back in 3 months.
