Worst period ever!

I had some spotting yesterday and the normal AF cramping. This morning my period fully arrived and I was glad to think I wasn't really that sore. Well, a few hours later I'm in such pain, I keep going to the bathroom and pooing sorry TMI! I just want to cry and sleep and I have to go to work soon ☹ any tips? I've taken paracetamol and they've yet to kick in.
