Pcos not ovulation, next step?

Hey all, so I have started TTC for about 9 months now and had some bloodwork done the past few months and looks like I’m not ovulating. What was all of your next steps? I have an appt coming up to talk to my doc about what to do now that blood shows I haven’t ovulated with my pcos and I just don’t know what to expect!! What did you all do next? Please help!! First time TTC with PCOS!!

I have never been on metformin or Clomid to be able to ovulate with my pcos. Back in October I started a vitamin supplements regimen and have had regular 36 day cycles with ovulation since Nov. Check out pcosdiva.com along with theralogix.com for there supplements. I am on the ovasitol, ovavite, nac, ultra dha, and perfect prenatal. I had bloodwork done back in Feb and my doc said that it couldn't have been better. My a1c is back down to normal and I am also started to loose a little weight.

I was prescribed clomid 100mg to make me ovulate, I had to take it cd 5-9. Unfortunately this didn’t worked for me. I was later prescribed metformin for insulin resistance I been on it for a few months, about to do another clomid cycle hoping that the combination of these 2 medications will help me ovulate. Also make sure your S/O gets tested as well.

I was first put on Metformin. I still take it everyday. After, I was put on Clomid. The 50mg didn’t work. I didn’t ovulate, but the 100 did. I’m currently in my 2ww. If I’m not pregnant, we will go more rounds of it.

I did two rounds of Femara with no success but I moved and my insurance and doctors changed. I just started Metformin last week, so if I don’t get results in a couple months we’re going to try Femara again. 
Interestingly enough, I did the two months of Femara and my periods are like clockwork now. I have never been regular in my life. Hopefully something happens soon!
