3hr glucose test

Hey ladies. so I just got the terrible call that I failed the 1hr glucose test by 4 points. 4 points!!! So now they would like me to do the 3hr test. I’m frustrated as hell. It’s my birthday weekend, so that just ruined my mood. I’m not a sweets person so I don’t get why this is happening. The 1hr test was tough for me because I’m still nauseous in the mornings until I eat. So a 3hr test sounds like pure and utter torture. I know I’ve seen a few posts about the 3hr test on here before. If you had to do it, what was the prep for it? My doctor wants to pick up a script for it Monday with instructions but I’d like to know from now to prepare. Any help would be appreciated 😐😞
