Morning sickness, or something else?

I normally NEVER puke, even when I'm sick. I've only had to do so a handful of times in my adult life. But this morning on my first break at work, I all of a sudden felt sick & started gagging. I ended up throwing up the water id been drinking all morning, and then felt fine 2-3 minutes after. How does morning sickness work? Could that be what it is? Or should I still be feeling sick after puking? Lol sorry it's so random and a bit confusing but I told a coworker and she asked if I was pregnant. I've been trying to conceive for 14 almost 15 months now so I highly doubt I'm lucky in that category. But, has anyone ever had actual morning sickness and be fine immediately after??
