Any Swedish girls here might know what I’m talking about, but if you are not I will explain. I’m sure everyone knows about the popular Sophie the giraffe tether toy? Well, there are actually a whole family of these teething characters, and just the other day someone decided to buy a new addition to our teething family. Fanfan the fawn!

He/she? Is adorable, but here’s the thing. In Swedish, Fan is one of the many names for the devil, but we would basically use it to say fuck. So someone got us fuckfuck the fawn. 😂

My mother was hilarious, as we call Sophie by her name around the house, “where is Sophie?” “Do you love your Sophie?” My mom is horrified like, “You can’t call it fanfan!” It’s okay, mom, we’ll give it another name. Just wanted to share that story with y’all. 😁
