First pregnancy and miscarriage

I just had my D&C last Wednesday, I was supposed to be 9w but the baby was only measuring about 7w. It was our first and we found out it did not have a heartbeat which was devastating since we were so excited. My doctor put me on pelvic rest for 4 weeks....so 3 weeks to go. It's hard though because I just miss being close and intimate with my husband. I think the only way I'm going to be able to get over this is to start trying again. I had so many plans in my head and it feels like they were all taken away from me.
