Contractions?

Okay so I don’t really know what contractions look like on a monitor. I’m clueless but I thought these might look like small contractions? Any ideas? I came in for high blood pressure and I’m being checked for preeclampsia.

The nurse that came in to give me Tylenol for my headache said I’m having some cramping “that will turn into contractions” so I’m VERY confused. Because I barely feel it but I definitely have back pain and light cramping. I’m just confused I guess. But I also have never done this
