PCOS...

I went to the doctors today after 107 days with no period and she said it could either be PCOS or thin uterine lining.. both of which make it very, very difficult to get pregnant (according to my research).

has anybody been diagnosed with PCOS? what does that entail? did/ can you get pregnant without fertility treatments? I haven’t even been truly diagnosed but the thought of not being able to have my own kids has put me in tears.

any information you guys have would be so, so appreciated.
