Diet related bloating?
So I exercise 6 times a week,
I eat mostly healthy, and i don’t restrict myself and that works totally well for me.
The only problem I have is if I eat something high in carbs like say potato or bread I bloat like the girl in Charlie and the chocolate factory! Does this mean I should avoid eating foods high in carbs ? (Obviously not fruits, but like potatoes, wraps, cereal...)
What else could this mean? Am i intolerant to anything ?
