How long were you the same amount dilated and she did it progress?

I was 1cm dilated and 50% last Friday and same shit today 😑 I was super aggravated leaving the dr today especially since she wouldn’t do the membrane sweep at 38 weeks. She said she would next week. I just hope I’m more ready... she said I wasn’t really really for the sweep either ... I’m soooo over being pregnant. My son came at 38+4 I was really hoping for the same experience

I was the same at 38 weeks and 6 days later I had my daughter. they come when they are ready. they need the time to develop more.

My checks always go something like
Week one: dilated some
Week 2: same as last week
Week 3: dilated some more 
Week 4: same as last week
Week 5: baby comes

I stayed 1cm for 3 weeks then 2cm and next week baby was born
