Yeast infection creams?

Are they all safe for pregnancy? Today I went to L&D; because I thought I leaked fluid but it turned out to be super watery CM and found out the cause for that was a mild yeast infection.

I went in because I’m one of those weird women who don’t get a lot of CM while pregnant. I’m 18 weeks and normally pretty dry. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Anyway, they told me to go get monistat, in a blue box that is one day treatment and that is fine.

My mom helped me out because my husband was at work but is this the same thing? I’ve never had a yeast infection before and this is my rainbow baby so I want to be safe. Thanks!!
