I am 7 weeks postpartum and I exclusively breastfeed.....every 2 to 3 hours. Is it normal that I started my period? I started back on birth control pills on Monday so 5 days ago.

I ebf with my first and thought I had started my period at 5 weeks pp because my bleeding had stopped for a good week or two. But it turned out to just be pp bleeding because it lasted a few days then went away. My period came back about 9 months pp. I wasn’t on any birth control though. its possible your birth control could be a factor

Damm! I never got mine and than when my baby was 7 months we found out we were expecting again 😩
