Woohoo!
My DH and I have been making and effort to really kick up our morning activity level to help get through this pregnancy. A 2-3mile moderate walk a day since seeing the nurse last week I weighed in today a pound less. I'm still in my first trimester so I don't feel like my weight loss will affect baby too much at this point as long as it's a healthy weight loss :) I just wanted to share that and....this
