Binge eating

I’ve been eating my feelings lately and I’ve gained about 15 pounds since Christmas time. Does anyone have any advice for getting back to a healthy weight? I mainly binge at night time and I’m not super active (but I want to be). I just get so much comfort from food which sucks because then I feel bloated and sad the next day.

Total vicious cycle.

Any sustainable weight loss tips or even rapid weight loss tips (healthy ones)? Does anyone have any experience in gaining weight quickly and then losing it quickly?
