Recommendations on medications for PCOS and for a great Natural Vs Regular OBGYN in Orlando

Jennifer

Hi everyone! I need some guidance. Due to the hurricanes & my daughters medical needs, we moved up to Orlando. I have PCOS and struggled to have my daughter but finally did at 25. I’m now 31 and I’ve been thinking about trying again but before I can I need to get my body regular again. I need help with possibly finding natural things that will work and hopefully won’t cost me an arm and a leg. I am also trying to find an great OBGYN who is knowledgeable about PCOS and also about natural items. I was taking metformin and tried clomid but nothing worked and it made me feel sick, I’m now trying to go about in a more natural way.

Previously before the hurricanes I changed to MYO-INOSITOL (4per day) & D-CHIRO-INOSITOL(1per day). I was having regular periods but not getting pregnant. Still was having issues with dryness and never really in the mood. With my life being turned upside down from the hurricanes I gained a lot of weight and stress. So I did some research and heard about some items and tried them. I went from getting my period every 30-32 days to it being thrown off or not coming & being extra extra dry.

I changed to NICOLE GRANATE - Nourish, Doterra Phytoestrogen and conception. I stopped taking the Myo- and D-Chiro... I NEED SOME HELP! What do you take? What has worked for you? Can you recommend a good OBGYN in Orlando and possibly a OBGYN that is into more natural products? Can you give detailed instructions as to how you take your medications? What are some great probiotics? I feel like I don’t know the right way to take the different items. I’ve been trying to change my eating, learn about the stores for shopping for good produce N trying to exercise. So far the weight is slowly coming off. Also looked into FloLiving by Alissa Vitti but she makes you sign up to get basic info for almost $300 and then wants another $300 for her tablets 😩
