So last night I kept waking up every like 2 hours with painful cramps in my stomach and hips and back. My stomach was getting rock hard and then would soften again. Then this morning I go to the bathroom and l lost my mucous plug.(mind you I had been losing pieces of it this whole week) but I lost that whole thing now.I’m a ftm and have no idea to what to expect or when to think I’ll go into labor. Any ideas on if labor could be coming soon? Do you call you doctor if you lose your whole mucous plug?
