Pill at 14 for periods??

I’m only 14 and I’m not in a relationship, but my periods are really quite irregular. I’ve had a period for 2 years as well.

I’ve heard that going on the pill means you don’t get cramps, less acne and it just reduces PMS symptoms generally? Is this true?

I also think my hormones might be slightly out of balance as my boobs are taking ages to grow (only 32B/ 32A) yet I have everything going on down there. The pill gives hormones so I think that could help me.

How do I get the pill in the UK? Do they give it to 14 year olds? How do I ask my mum about it?
