Throwing up badly in my 7th month

Hi mommas i just entered in my second trimester 7th month just started. I am throwing up since 4 days cant even digest water or anything else went to my midwife asked her she checked the babys hearbeat it was perfect the baby is moving fine also. She gave me a couple of medicines not to throw up still i did twice not too much as i was doing. I am freaking worried for my baby and i checked my weight too it hasnt been increased much since in this 20 days. Please help me ladies what should i do i cant eat anything cant even have water. And the most unclucky thing is i didnt throw up in my entire pregnancy not even once i was on a very good diet. Please help me 😥😥😥😥
