Clomid is most often used to induce ovulation in women who aren't ovulating.  I took it due to pcos.  Pregnant now after 2 cycle.

Does it help people who ovulate normal and just aren't getting pregnant?

I wasn't monitored with ultrasounds the first cycle. I did the day 21 blood work. I am a fan of clomid because my first cycle I got a BFP. Unfortunately it just didn't stick. I use provera to start af then clomid because I don't ovulate on my own. I think its worth it even if we end up with more than one. :)

I think there is always a chance for multiples on clomid. I am about to start my second cycle on it and the doctor did tell me that. It doesn't mean you will have more than one there is just always that chance.
