Hiv? Yeast Infection??? Help Please

I'm sure from the title people are super confused lol. I have been experiencing some weird things with my vagina lately an I'm not sure what it is. I have been have like short pains (not crazy bad) , thick discharge and a small amount of itchiness. I was on YouTube and watched a video where a man found out that he had hiv and was explaining some of his symptoms and I can relate to some so I decided to get texted and it was negative. I have had a small amount of partners and have used protection. However I am still worried any advice?? Also I've been doing some research and I might also have a yeast infection. So could y'all help me out please.
