Marks on my neck?!

So kinda slept with this guy at a party a few nights ago and he left a huge mark on my neck 😐 how can I get this to go down??? It’s summer and I can’t wear turtlenecks and jumpers 😂

Put a spoon in a freezer for like 20 minutes & hold it over the hickey for a few minutes. Do that a three or four times a day and The cold will minimize the broken blood vessels within a day or two

Rub it as much as you can. You have to get the pooling blood to spread again. I've also heard ice helps but neither of these are a quick over night fix
