Frequent headaches??

39-4 here. The last three days I’ve had pounding headaches and tunnel vision. Second pregnancy but first time with this. Any ideas?

Update: Didn’t go to L&D; but did monitor my BP until my appt today. Bp and weight has been the same for three weeks. Midwife didn’t express concerns but babe did have a low heart rate which resulted in a fetal stress test. Everything looked ok but we’ll see. But it looks like Baby is going to go past his/her due date (again 🤦‍♀️)
