Obviously being a SAHM is a full-time job! But in this instance, I’m curious if anyone works for an outside organization, full-time from home AND takes care of their kid(s)?

I work from home but have to attend meetings outside of the house here and there (anywhere between 2 and 8 meetings a week I’d say). We don’t see the point in putting our baby in full-time daycare since I’m home much of the time; it seems like a waste of money. But we are curious what kind of childcare options people use for more sporadic needs, like random meetings, bouts of time you need to really hunker down and work, events, etc.

Should we just look into hiring a part-time nanny? Do daycares handle this sort of thing? I’m so clueless!!
