Does checking your bbt daily really increase your chances of getting pregnant?
I'm just curious about this. I've never been one to check but I am wondering if it is actually helpful. Also, do you do this in additional to taking the ovulation prediction tests? Because I don't understand the point of checking temps if you are taking the ovulation prediction. Isn't the temp just another way to check that?
I'm not trying to bash anyone that is doing all of these things. I am just curious about it all. I need all the help I can get with TTC because nothing I'm doing now is working.
