I'm so confused!!!

ok does this not look like a positive??? but all the other test after isn't showing anything. I missed my period completely I'm on cycle day 32. Idk if that one positive should tell me and the missed period or my hormones are just being crazy for no reason because I've been having regular cycles since the miscarriage...so??? idk idk anyone have and advice??
