Starting a new fitness regimen!
Okay so starting today, I’m starting a weight loss journey. I currently weigh 174.6 lbs and my goal is 130lbs (pre baby weight)! I want to lose the weight and keep it off! Any tips or tricks to help me shed the weight quickly but safely? Right now I’m running a mile each day (up hill and down hill) and trying to eat super healthy! Any exercise, motivation or diet tips are helpful and appreciated!! TIA!!!
