Facial Waxing

So I’m going through a crisis. I went to my usual salon to get my eyebrows done, and the lady was like do you want to wax off your peach fuzz too? And I was like yeah why not. But somehow my face got really sensitive and the actually burned me or gave me scarring and it really hurts. I’m scared that it might permanently scar. Did anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know what to do?
