Why do we leak after sex???

Why do we leak after sex?  And does some of the sperm stay inside or does it all leak out!!!  Having sex is wonderful,  but after ward's you start leaking.  Could you still get pregnant even if you leak after!!!!!!  Is this normal...

Hi there, The semen does  leak out after intercourse with "some sperm". If you don't get immediately after intercourse; you stay on your back for 15-20 minutes, the sperm (if motility is normal) they will swim forward and quick. Whatever you see coming out is very little sperm and lots of semen that you don't need.
