I think made the right decision

Hello everyone. Well my cousin and I planned a cruise to Cuba and the Bahamas on June 4th. I paid for the cruise and was excited to go. Two weeks ago I found out I was pregnant. To date I'm 8 weeks and forgot to tell my obgyn I was going until my cousin sun brought up the Zika virus and me need a lot of bug spray. I'm a worry wart so I started panicking and researching and not being excited about going again. I called the cruise and because it's so close to date I lose out on all the money ( I paid for the entire trip so she's not losing anything). I called my doctor and she's giving me a note advising me not to go. Now I feel my cousin is pissed that we're not going and my boyfriends pissed cause I'm gonna lose out on $1700 which I get but I feel like not going is the right decision. Cause I would have worried the entire trip and not enjoy myself and worrying for 7 months. I just want reassurance that I'm not a bad person and made a good decision
