SMEP & short cycles
I have a 24 to 25 day cycle. Today is cd 6 when should I start testing? I’m having right sided pelvic pains today kinda like ovulation pains. I don’t want to miss anything Wanted to try SMEP again this cycle but I used the usual method even though I have very short cycles. How should I do this method exactly??
