HELP! Don’t know if I am pregnant :(

My period was due on 05/17 and did not get it. I am super regular ever since I remember. Since Friday afternoon I’ve had brown discharge but it is not enough to even fill a panty liner. Took an EPT digital pregnancy test today and came back negative. Could I be pregnant or is it all in my head?
